There's a reason a handwritten envelope still stops people in their tracks. Calligraphy turns words into something worth keeping - it's a name on a place card, vows in a keepsake booklet, a guest's address that feels like an invitation before it's even opened.
I work in two ways: traditional calligraphy with an oblique dip pen and ink, for pieces that will be handled, framed, or treasured; and digital calligraphy, drafted by hand and supplied as a print-ready file when you need flexibility, repeatability, or scale.
Styles to suit the occasion
I letter in classic copperplate for a formal, timeless feel, and in a softer modern script for something more relaxed and contemporary. If you're working to a particular theme, colour palette, or stationery suite, send it through — I'll match the lettering to the world it's living in.
A process you can trust
Every project is drafted first, and a proof sent for your feedback before anything is finalised. You have control and input throughout, and nothing goes out the door until you're happy with it.
What I can letter for you
- Wedding and event envelopes
- Place cards, menus, and table numbers
- Wedding vows keepsake booklets
- Names on certificates and awards
- Poems, quotes, and readings arranged for print or framing
- Signage, seating charts, and welcome boards
If you have something else in mind please ask. Most things are possible.
